PICK is a one-person project, currently in beta. Email gets a real reply, usually within a couple of days.
Email supportPICK is distributed through TestFlight, Apple's beta testing app. Tap this link on your iPhone, install TestFlight if you're prompted to, then install PICK from inside it.
If the link says the beta is full or unavailable, email me — tester slots open up regularly.
Start a cleanup before you begin picking, and log the bag when you're done. Tracking keeps running with your phone in your pocket and the screen off — but if you force-quit PICK mid-walk, tracking stops.
A bag means a standard 13-gallon kitchen trash bag, which PICK estimates at about 200 pieces of everyday street litter. If you counted what you actually collected, enter that instead — your number replaces the estimate.
The public map updates hourly, so a cleanup logged a few minutes ago won't appear yet. The map also shows blurred zones rather than pins, so a cleanup in an area that's already been covered recently may not visibly change anything.
City pages show top pickers, and appearing there is your choice. If you set yourself to hidden, your name is never published — the public board simply can't read it.
Tap the "…" menu on any post in the Community feed to report it or block its author. Blocking removes that person's posts from your feed.
If someone is bothering you and blocking isn't enough, email hello@pickglobal.org. Every report is read.
PICK asks for background location so it can keep tracking while your screen is off. It only tracks during an active cleanup — it never checks your location when you aren't picking.
If you'd rather not grant "Always", choose "While Using" instead. Cleanups still work; tracking may just pause when your screen locks.
The most useful bug report says what you tapped, what you expected, and what happened instead. Your iPhone model and iOS version help too.
If you're on TestFlight you can also shake your phone to send a screenshot and report directly to me.
Go to You → Settings → Account → Delete or reset account → Delete account, then confirm. That removes your posts and photos, cleanups and routes, badges, stats, and sign-in.
A few things aren't removed automatically yet — your handle, profile photo, any feedback you've sent, and challenge contributions. Email hello@pickglobal.org and I'll clear those by hand.
Careful with the button just above it: Clear all data wipes your cleanups and stats but keeps your account. Different thing.
