PICK GLOBAL · FIELD TEST OPEN

Join the field test.

PICK is in beta because the best way to build a cleanup app is to take it outside. Join us on iPhone, try it on your own block, and tell us what the app gets right, wrong, or in the way.

Three steps

How to install

  1. Install TestFlight. It's Apple's free app for trying beta software. Get it from the App Store if you don't have it already.
  2. Open the PICK invite. Tap the button above on your iPhone, or scan the code with your camera. TestFlight opens and shows PICK.
  3. Tap Install, then Accept. Create an account in PICK, allow location and motion access, and you're ready to walk.

What you’re joining.

You need an iPhone

iPhone only for now, plus an optional Apple Watch companion. Android is on the roadmap and not yet built.

You always get the final say

PICK uses your phone's motion to keep a running count. Before the cleanup saves, you see the total and confirm it. Your feedback from real walks helps us make the next version better.

We build from real walks

Features move, occasionally break, and get fixed fast. Most updates arrive over the air. Tell us what you find: hello@pickglobal.org.

Permissions it asks for

Location while a cleanup is running, and motion & fitness for pickup detection. You can decline location and PICK still counts — it just can't map your streets.

Battery

A cleanup uses GPS and sensors, so it draws roughly what a walking workout does. Nothing runs when a cleanup isn't active.

Leaving is easy

Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account removes your account and all of its data permanently, from inside the app, with no email required.

Ready when you are.

Grab a bag on your next walk and see what ten minutes adds up to.
